Good food brings people to the table. Great meals make them stay a little longer.
With the new menu Chianti Bengaluru introduces, we’re taking that experience a step further.
For over 14 years, our culinary philosophy has been simple: to bring our love for Italy's timeless flavours to Bengaluru, through ingredients, technique, and a table meant to be shared by everyone. With this new menu, we're taking that a step further.
New Menu at Chianti Bengaluru: Bringing Italy to the Table
Every Italian meal has its own rhythm, beginning with lighter plates, moving into hearty pastas, and ending on a sweet note. The Chianti experience follows this flow - all for you to enjoy it at your own pace.
For us, bringing Italy to Bangalore is less about following a recipe as it is, and more about making sure the experience feels complete for everyone at the table.
It’s about making people comfortable ordering without hesitation, knowing there’s something for everyone, and feeling truly welcome.
Kitchen Trials

Every year, we take a seat at our own tables to see the experience through your eyes. We look at the dishes you loved most and ask ourselves: "How can we surprise your palate next?"
We dive deep into your feedback and our data to ensure our new additions are exactly what you've been craving. Before any dish earns a spot on the menu, it goes through our kitchen trials.
We test for taste, texture, and that “first-bite” feeling. Think getting the crisp just right on our Arancini Pesto, or the balance of flavours in our Pasta Bianco al Forno. Only the dishes that spark a genuine “wow” make the cut.
With these insights as our guide, we've designed your soon-to-be favourites.

New Antipasti
We're starting things off with two new additions to our antipasti.
The Zucchini Involtini — thin slices of zucchini rolled around a herbed filling, light and fresh, the kind of starter that sets the right tone for the meal ahead.
And the Arancini Pesto-crispy risotto balls with a pesto centre, golden on the outside, soft within. Small plates, but ones that earn their place at the table.
A Classic Tiramisu, Recrafted
Our tiramisu has always been known for its richness and balance, layered with mascarpone, espresso, and cocoa. It's a dessert that's been made the same way for years, and for good reason.
But we wanted more people to be able to enjoy it. So we reworked our recipe to make it without eggs. It may seem like a small change, but it meant rethinking how the dessert comes together to make sure it still feels just as indulgent and very Chianti-like.
The result is a tiramisu that stays true to what it should be, while opening it up to more people at the table.
Regional favourites

We have been exploring what regional Italian cooking looks like beyond the classics, and it led us to two new pastas.
The first is a Fettuccine Mushroom Pasta from Umbria, a landlocked region known for its earthy, ingredient-led cooking, featured on our menu as Funghi Fettuccine.
The second is a Lemon Pepper Prawn Pasta inspired by coastal Italy, where seafood and bright citrus flavours define the table, served as Linguine Burro e Gamberi. Two different parts of Italy, two very different moods, both now at Chianti.
Sugar free chocolate cake

Dessert should never be the thing you have to skip.
Our Sugar Free Chocolate Cake is everything you would want from a chocolate cake, just without the sugar.
Rich, indulgent, and unapologetically chocolatey. Because we believe there should always be something on the menu for everyone, no matter what's on your plate or on your mind.
Every time you walk through our doors, we want you to feel like you've been expecting. Pull up a chair, take your time, and let the meal unfold.
This new menu is our way of saying that there is always something more to discover at Chianti, and always a place at the table for you.
Made for You
Our new menu is an invitation to experience Chianti in a way that feels even more warm, thoughtful, and complete.
Every addition has been shaped by what you’ve loved and what you’ve been craving, so there’s always something for everyone at the table. Come by and let us serve you something special.
