Pasta isn’t just pasta. In Italian cooking, shape is intention. From delicate strands to ridged tubes, each form is designed to hold sauce in a specific way, shaping how a dish feels on the palate. At Chianti, every pairing is chosen with purpose, because when pasta and sauce work together, the difference is unmistakable.

Pasta Club Vol. II at Chianti Koramangala brought diners together for a two hour journey through Italy, with thoughtfully paired pastas and wines, engaging conversations, and an intimate experience that celebrated regional flavours one plate at a time.
