4 founders of Chianti

We started Chianti because we were just four friends who loved eating more than anything else — and believed good food should never come with a side of pretense. No fluff, no fancy words. Just authentic Italian flavours, shared with the people you love. We always dreamed of being your go-to neighbourhood spot — the kind of place where you know the menu by heart, the servers know your name, and second rounds (of pasta or wine) are always a good idea.

Chef Mani, the head chef at Chianti has been the heart and soul behind Chianti’s kitchen since day one. Having travelled and trained extensively across Italy, he has honed his craft by learning the traditions, the techniques, and the little secrets that make Italian food timeless.

After training and immersing himself in Italy’s culinary traditions, he returned to Bengaluru with a passion for bringing authentic Italian flavours to India. With a keen understanding of the local palate, Chef Mani seamlessly blends Italy’s timeless techniques with flavours that resonate with Indian tastes, creating a dining experience that’s both familiar and extraordinary.
