In Italian, “Casa” means home and Casa Del Chianti means exactly that: the House of Chianti. A place built on shared meals, familiar faces, and stories told over second servings.

We’ve been part of Bengaluru’s neighborhoods for over 12 years now. And if there’s one thing we’ve held close since day one, it’s this —

Chianti was started by four friends who loved eating more than anything else. And today, we’re lucky to serve people who love dining the same way — fully, joyfully, and often.

That’s why we created Casa Del Chianti - a rewards program that’s less about discounts and more about delight. It’s our way of saying thank you to the people who’ve made Chianti their go-to spot.

Casa Del Chianti has two sides to it:

The Inner Table - for individual diners, and
The Executive Table - for corporates (coming soon).

This page is all about The Inner Table — designed for individual guests who dine in with us.

How it Works

Being part of the Inner Table simply means you get rewarded every time you visit Chianti. We collect your phone number and a few optional details like your birthday, and offer you personalized benefits like discounts, free birthday desserts, exclusive event invites, and more.

Once you're in, you’ll start earning points on every visit:

You earn 10% of your bill as cashback in points
1 point = ₹1
Points are valid for 3 months from your last visit

What Your Points Can Unlock

Here’s what you can look forward to with the points you earn:

Welcome Gift - If you’re new here, we’d love to spoil you with a free dessert. Chocolatey, classic, or a sugar rush — your choice. You will be able to unlock this gift on your second visit (within 30 days of your first visit).

Discounts - You can always redeem your collected points on your subsequent visits. So use your points to claim discounts on your next bill while generating new points!

Birthday Gift - We’d never miss your birthday. Enjoy a free dessert to make your birthday a little extra sweet! Add a candle, or let us know if you have any special requests and we’ll be happy to make it happen. The gift unlocks 5 days before your birthday and stays valid for 5 days after.

Anniversary Gift - Our equation has always been: Romance = Italian Food = Chianti. We’ve designed a candlelight dinner package for couples, and you can get 10% off. This offer is valid once during a 3-week window: 2 weeks before your anniversary and 1 week after. [Please note that the candlelight dinner package needs to be booked at least 1 day in advance to facilitate the arrangement.]

Feedback Points - Tell us how we did, and you’ll earn 20 points as a thank you. We read every bit of feedback, and it helps us keep doing better, so keep sending them our way!

Complete Your Profile - When you complete your profile by adding details like your birthday, anniversary, email, gender, and address, we’ll credit 100 bonus points to your account. It helps us understand you a little better, personalise your experience, and give you the best. And yes, it’s completely optional.

Free or Discounted Access to Events - We’re always trying new ways to bring Italian food lovers together. From menu tastings and workshops to dating nights and more — you’ll soon be able to access these events using your points.

Love Chianti? Bring a Friend, Earn Rewards

We love it when you bring your friends and family to share food, wine, and laughter. When someone visits Chianti using your referral, here’s what both of you get:

You earn 200 points (=₹200)
They get a 30% off on their next meal, valid for 30 days after joining

It’s our way of sharing the love you bring to our tables.

A Few Things to Keep in Mind

Here’s what you need to know to make the most of the rewards program:

Points are earned and redeemed on dine-in bills of ₹1200 or more.
You can use all of your point balance on a single bill if you wish to do so, and can earn a maximum of 1500 points on a single bill.
Points kick in from the next calendar day and stay valid for 3 months from your last visit.
For now, this program is dine-in only and not available on takeaway or delivery.
Payments made through swiggy, zomato, magicpin & eazy diner are currently not eligible for earning or redeeming points.
Offers can’t be clubbed, and points can’t be exchanged for cash.
Chianti reserves the final say on redemptions — but we promise, it’s always in good faith.

These are general guidelines. There may be offer-specific terms & conditions, and our team at Chianti is always happy to help with this, and everything we’ve set up is designed with your experience in mind.

A Quick Example

Say you visited Chianti for dinner and your bill came to ₹2,000. You’ll earn 200 points (10% of your bill), which get added to your account the next day.

On your next visit, you use those points to get ₹200 off on your bill of ₹3,000. So now your new bill amount is ₹2,800 and you get 280 points from this visit which makes your new point balance to a total of 280 points.

A few weeks later, you visit us on your birthday. You earn points on your bill, and since your birth date is on your profile, we surprise you with a free dessert. Just a heads-up — points can’t be redeemed on this visit, as offers can’t be combined.

Simple, sweet, and it keeps adding up as we grow closer.

How do I join the Casa Del Chianti rewards program?

Just scan the QR code at the restaurant. It’s completely free and takes under a minute. No app downloads needed — everything works with just your phone number. You can also follow this link.

I dined at Chianti yesterday. Why don’t I see my points yet?

Points may sometimes take a while to update. It’s best to check your points on the next calendar day. If you still don’t see them, feel free to check with our team. You can check your points using the link here.

I forgot to share my number while billing. Can I still get my points?

Yes, just show your bill and let us know within 3 days of your visit. We’ll happily credit the points to your account. After that, we may not be able to retrieve the bill.

How do I redeem points, and how much can I use at once?

Once points are in your account, you can redeem 100% of your point balance on any bill over ₹1200. Just let your server know you’d like to use your points before billing.

Can I redeem points and also get other offers like birthday desserts?

Since we want to keep things fair, only one offer can be used per visit. So if you're redeeming points, birthday or anniversary offers won’t apply that day, but they’ll still be valid during their respective windows.

How do I refer a friend, and what do we both get?

After your visit at Chianti, you should expect a feedback form. The referral link will be shared about one hour after you share your feedback. Share it with your loved ones, and when they join and dine, they get 30% OFF on their bill, and you get 200 points. Win-win!

What happens if I don’t use my points for a while?

Your points stay valid for 3 months from your last visit. Each new visit resets the clock. So as long as you come by once in 3 months, your points will keep rolling forward.
