The classic that earns its place on every list. Spaghetti tossed in a bright tomato sauce with basil and extra virgin olive oil. No shortcuts, no additions - just the dish as Naples intended it.

The Signature Limoncini is September’s handcrafted special. Lemon-shaped pasta filled with ricotta and mascarpone, in a lemon, garlic and basil butter sauce. Made by hand.

Garlic, bell peppers, sun-dried tomatoes, and a rich tomato cream sauce that coats every strand of fettuccine. The Rosata is the one people order once and come back for every time after.

Penne in a broccoli sauce with garlic, olives and sun-dried tomatoes - the pasta that surprises people who think they’re ordering safe.

For the table that likes heat. Linguine tossed in a spicy arrabbiata with garlic, chilli, seasonal vegetables and parmesan. Arrabbiata means angry in Italian. The sauce lives up to it.

No meal at Chianti is complete without our signature Tiramisu: soft coffee-soaked sponge, house-made mascarpone, cocoa. Available as classic or eggless.
