We’ve added a few new items to our menu, and each one is worth coming back for:
🌿 Pesto e Burrata: Basil pesto, sun-dried tomato pesto, and creamy burrata, finished with parmesan.
🍝 Pasta Bianca al Forno: Conchiglie shell pasta baked in a creamy garlic and ricotta sauce, with a golden parmesan and breadcrumb crust.
🍅 Crostata Ricotta: A savoury ricotta and cream cheese cheesecake on a crisp parmesan crust, topped with cherry tomato confit.
🥒 Involtini di Zucchine: Rolled zucchini filled with house-made ricotta mousse in slow-cooked Sicilian tomato sauce, finished with oven-roasted cherry tomatoes.

Pasta Club Vol. II is a wrap, and what a night it was!

Five pastas. Five wines. Five regions of Italy, all in one room.

From the sunlit simplicity of Spaghetti Aglio e Olio to the earthy depth of Fettuccine Funghi, each course told a story, paired with wines from @groverzampa that complemented every bite. Palate cleansers kept things honest between courses, and somewhere between a game of “how many pasta shapes do you know” and a few pasta facts nobody knew they needed — the evening took on a life of its own.

This is what Pasta Club was always meant to be. Not just a dinner, a celebration of our love for Italy’s heritage and cuisine.

Thank you to everyone who joined us, and to @thegatherblr for making the evening everything it was.
